Safety or abuse report
Use BAMITY's in-app report controls where available to report a user, post, comment, live session, room or other supported content. You can also contact safety@bamity.app for safety-related support. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
Child safety
Follow the reporting guidance in our Child Safety Standards. The verified BAMITY child-safety contact is safety@bamity.app.
Account access
Use the authentication and recovery options presented by the BAMITY app. For general account help, contact support@bamity.app. Never share passwords, one-time codes or authentication links with someone claiming to provide support.
Privacy requests
Privacy requests may require identity verification to protect your account from unauthorized access or deletion. Contact privacy@bamity.app and see the Privacy Policy and account deletion page.
Account deletion
Inside BAMITY, open Profile → Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, use the verified web account-deletion route. The web flow verifies the BAMITY account first and requires a separate explicit permanent-deletion confirmation before the server processes the request.
Payments and virtual items
If paid features are enabled for your account, purchase availability and processing depend on authorized store/payment configuration and applicable platform rules. Do not send money or credentials to anyone claiming they can manually unlock balances outside BAMITY's verified flows.
