Purchases & Refunds

Last updated: 15 September 2026

Google Play purchases are processed under Google Play rules and applicable law. BAMITY also applies the server-authoritative entitlement and reconciliation rules below.

1. Google Play purchases

When paid digital features or virtual Coins are enabled in the Android app distributed through Google Play, eligible purchases are processed through authorized Google Play Billing. BAMITY does not credit Coins merely because the client reports a successful checkout. A purchase must be verified by BAMITY's trusted server before the related entitlement is credited.

Prices, taxes, payment authorization, refund eligibility and processing may also be governed by Google Play terms, the user's region and applicable law.

2. Requesting a refund

Users may use Google Play's available refund or order-support routes where applicable. For BAMITY account, entitlement or transaction questions, contact support@bamity.app. Include enough information to identify the order or transaction, but never send passwords, one-time codes or full payment-card credentials.

BAMITY does not promise a refund where a refund is not required by applicable law or platform rules. A refund request is not complete until the relevant payment platform or authorized BAMITY process confirms it.

3. What happens to refunded or voided Coins

If Google Play or another authorized payment process confirms that a Coin purchase was refunded, reversed or voided, BAMITY may remove the corresponding unspent purchased entitlement from the user's available Coin balance. Any Coins recovered this way are returned to BAMITY's controlled Coin treasury and recorded in the financial audit ledger.

BAMITY's refund processing is designed to be idempotent: the same verified refund or void event must not remove the same entitlement twice.

4. If the refunded Coins were already spent

If some or all of the refunded entitlement has already been spent before BAMITY receives or processes the verified refund or void event, BAMITY records the unrecovered amount as a reconciliation shortfall for review rather than silently creating an automatic negative wallet balance.

Depending on the facts, applicable law, platform rules and evidence of error or abuse, BAMITY may place relevant payment activity under review, restrict further paid-Coin activity, request repayment where appropriate, waive the shortfall, or take other proportionate account or fraud-prevention action. Users may contact support to dispute or explain a reconciliation decision.

5. Creator and recipient earnings

A later refund by the payer does not, by itself, automatically claw back completed Beans, creator rewards or other recipient earnings from an innocent Host or recipient. Fraud, collusion, abuse, duplicate settlement, chargeback manipulation or other invalid activity may be reviewed separately and may result in corrective action under the Terms, platform rules and applicable law.

6. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Chargebacks, payment disputes, voided purchases and other payment reversals may cause the related purchase and entitlement to be placed into reconciliation or fraud review. BAMITY may preserve transaction, ledger, audit, security and dispute records as reasonably necessary for payment processing, reconciliation, legal obligations, fraud prevention and dispute resolution.

7. No off-platform payment promise

Availability of payment methods depends on BAMITY's current platform configuration, region, eligibility and applicable app-store requirements. The Google Play-distributed Android app will not present an external Coin payment or Official Seller purchase route unless BAMITY is permitted and properly configured to do so under the applicable Google Play program and regional requirements.
