Child Safety Standards
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards apply across profiles, posts, messages, live streams, voice rooms, video calls and any other feature of BAMITY.
1. Prohibited conduct
The following is strictly prohibited:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, manipulated or synthetic depictions where prohibited by law or platform policy.
- Sexual exploitation or sexualization of a minor.
- Grooming a minor for sexual activity, sexual content or exploitation.
- Sextortion, coercion or threats involving sexual content of a minor.
- Soliciting, offering, distributing, trading or linking to CSAM.
- Facilitating trafficking, sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
- Using BAMITY to move a minor to another service for exploitative or sexual purposes.
2. Adults-only eligibility
Users must be at least 18. If BAMITY determines that an account belongs to a minor, the account may be restricted or removed and relevant safety steps may be taken. Attempts to falsify age or bypass age restrictions are prohibited.
3. Reporting suspected exploitation
If you encounter suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation on BAMITY, use the in-app reporting tools where available and contact safety@bamity.app. Do not download, save, forward, repost or otherwise redistribute abusive material in an attempt to document it.
If a child appears to be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement authority. BAMITY may preserve relevant records and report apparent CSAM or child exploitation to competent authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), where legally required or otherwise applicable.
4. Enforcement
Accounts or content associated with child sexual abuse or exploitation may be removed or disabled without warning where necessary to protect children or comply with law. BAMITY may also restrict related accounts, preserve evidence, prevent re-registration where appropriate and cooperate with lawful investigations.
