Last updated: 13 September 2026

BAMITY is built for adults to connect through live, voice, video and social experiences. These rules apply to content, behavior, profiles, messages, live sessions, voice rooms, video calls and other interactions on the service.

If there is an immediate threat to someone’s safety, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Use BAMITY’s in-app reporting tools where available for platform violations.

1. Sexual exploitation and abuse

Child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, trafficking and attempts to obtain sexual content from minors are strictly prohibited. Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual coercion and exploitation of adults are also prohibited.

2. Harassment, threats and hate

Do not target people with serious harassment, credible threats, stalking, intimidation or degrading abuse. Hateful conduct that attacks or promotes harm against people based on protected characteristics is prohibited.

3. Violence and dangerous conduct

Content or conduct that credibly threatens, coordinates or glorifies serious real-world violence may be removed or restricted. Do not use BAMITY to facilitate criminal violence, terrorism or other dangerous unlawful activity.

4. Privacy and doxxing

Do not expose another person’s sensitive private information without authorization, including information that could enable stalking, theft or physical harm. Respect other people’s privacy in live streams and calls.

5. Fraud, impersonation and manipulation

Scams, deceptive impersonation, phishing, spam, fake payment claims, fraudulent virtual-item activity and attempts to manipulate Coins, Beans, gifts, rewards, withdrawals or account systems are prohibited.

6. Illegal or regulated transactions

Do not use BAMITY to buy, sell, distribute or facilitate illegal goods, illegal services, controlled substances or other transactions prohibited by applicable law or platform rules.

7. Authentic participation

Do not use automation, fake engagement, coordinated manipulation or misleading identities to artificially influence visibility, rewards or community interactions. Multiple accounts must not be used to evade enforcement.

8. Reporting and enforcement

Users should report violating content or conduct through the available in-app report tools. Depending on severity and context, BAMITY may remove or limit content, restrict features, reduce visibility, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, or report matters to competent authorities where legally required or appropriate.

Enforcement decisions may consider severity, context, intent, repeated behavior, risk of harm and applicable law. Attempts to retaliate against reporters or circumvent restrictions can lead to additional action.

9. Appeals and support

Where an appeal or review route is available, follow the instructions provided with the relevant enforcement notice or use BAMITY’s verified support channel. See Support for currently published routes.
