Eligibility is checked
Block relationships, call privacy, balance and Host rate eligibility are validated by server authority.

Incoming call appears
The receiving side gets the app's incoming-call/ringing experience and can accept or decline.

Connected media
Camera and microphone use the real-time media session with reconnect and cleanup handling.

Billing & reward
Where paid calling is enabled, a connected call can charge at least one configured billing unit even if very short.

Authoritative call duration/billing and reward records are maintained for supported administration and user flows.
